Lifetime LED Service Warranty

At Ohio Custom Gauges, we stand behind our work. We offer a lifetime warranty on our LED services for as long as you own your bike. Every gauge is thoroughly tested before we begin modifying it. If we spot any pre-existing issues during our initial testing, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. Note: If you send us gauges that are already broken or have been previously opened, our warranty is strictly limited to the LEDs and soldering we provide.

Gauge Fogging Disclaimer

Just like Harley-Davidson, we cannot offer a warranty against gauge fogging. After completing your LED service, we meticulously reseal your gauges to factory standards. Glass fogging is largely dictated by your local climate and humidity levels. As a general rule, if your gauges didn't fog before you sent them to us, they are highly unlikely to fog afterward.

Important Notice: Older Gauges (10+ Years)

If your gauges are over 10 years old, or if they have fading or yellowed faceplates, please contact us before placing your order. Our modification process requires the removal of the OEM plastic faceplates. Over time, this factory plastic becomes brittle and prone to cracking or developing stress marks during removal. We want to ensure the best possible result for your bike, so let's discuss your options first!

Shipping & Lost Packages

In the rare event a package is lost in transit by the carrier, we can only refund the price you paid for our customization service. To protect your investment, we highly recommend selecting an Insured Shipping option at checkout to cover the replacement cost of your actual gauges.

Refunds & General Policies

• Processing Fee: A 15% fee applies to all buyer-requested order cancellations or refunds to cover credit card and PayPal processing fees.

• Service Only: WE DO NOT SELL GAUGES. We provide a premium customization service for your original factory gauges.
